Where can I buy e-Games Prepaid Cards?

Players can buy prepaid cards at any official PAGCOR e-Games kiosk at selected Casino Filipino locations and outlets.

How much do the e-Games Prepaid Cards cost?

Prepaid cards will initially come in PhP100, PhP500 and PhP1,000 denominations. Other denominations will be introduced soon.

What is the participation of PAGCOR in e-Games?

PAGCOR, an official agency of the Philippine Government, regulates all gaming activities in the country.

Am I qualified to play E-Game?

Players must fulfill all of the following criteria:

- You must be at least 21 years old.

- You must not be currently employed by any agency of the Philippine Government.

- You must truthfully disclose any personal information required by PAGCOR when registering for e-Games or collecting your winnings.

PAGCOR reserves the right to validate your registration information by contacting the appropriate government agency.

How will I register?

Is there a registration fee?

There is a registration fee of Php20 which will be debited from your account after you load your first prepaid card.

How do I load/reload prepaid credits to my e-Games account?

1. Scratch the PIN portion of the Card.

2. To load, type TOPUP[space]Card Number,6-Digit Mobile PIN

Send to: 2888 for SUN

Can I change my account details?

Yes, you may change your account details at any PAGCOR e-Games kiosk.

Can I have more than one account?

Yes, however each mobile phone SIM number can be assigned to only one account. In order to have multiple E-Game accounts, you must register each SIM number separately.

How do I play and bet?

Refer to the appropriate Game Guide sheet in this kit to fully understand the mechanics of your selected game. All bets must send to 7168 for SMART or 2946 for SUN

How do I check my account balance?

Type INQ[space]6-Digit Mobile PIN

Send to: 8008 for SMART

Send to: 2888 for SUN

Minimum and maximum bets vary depending on the game. Please refer to the appropriate Game Guide sheet in this kit.

How will I know if I’ve won?

You will be notified via SMS and phone call.

Will I be notified if I make a mistake in sending messages?

You will be automatically prompted for corrections.

How do I claim my winnings?

Collect your winnings in cash by presenting the following eGames kiosk in selected Casino Filipino locations and outlets:

- Phone (including SIM card) of winning account

- Official ID preferably with picture (Driver’s License, Passport,

Company ID, Postal ID, TIN, PRC, Voter’s ID, Senior Citizen Card, SSS)

- For winnings above Php10,000 you must provide your BIR TIN number.

How long does it take to process my winnings?

From the moment you are notified via SMS that you’ve won:

To convert winnings into prepaid card credits : 1 working day

To collect cash winnings below P10,000 : 2 working days

To collect cash winnings above P10,000 : 5 working days

TERMS & CONDITIONS

By using the e-Games Prepaid card, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use the gaming card.

1. PAGCOR is the operator and regulator of this venture. As such PAGCOR officers/employees, Philippine Government officials, and members of Philippine military and law enforcement agencies are prohibited to participate in gambling as embodied in PD1869.

2. Under-Age Gaming/Betting is not permitted and considered void. Any activity by players found to be under 21 years old will be declared void regardless of any winnings. No refunds are given on void wagers. The operator reserves the right to request for proof of age from for any winner. The operator also enforces reasonable procedures to ensure that minors are not permitted to play.

3. The Operator executes transactions in secure mode. Any personal and financial details the participants submit are encrypted during transmission. The Operator takes every precaution to protect sensitive information from penetrators.

4. Fraud and Misrepresentation of a Player will sanction nullification of the agreement. Fraud comprises of misrepresentation on the submitted credentials and deception on betting, per se.

5. The decision of the Operator will be final and binding on all matters and no further correspondence will be entertained. The Operator's liability in respect of any claim or loss will be limited to the stake paid by the Player.

6. If the Operator determines, or suspects, that a transaction is suspicious and involves or may involve financial crime or similar activity, the Operator reserves the right to retain the amount of that transaction and any other transaction made by the Player. The Operator shall be under no obligation to provide you the Player with any reasons for so doing.

7. The Operator reserves the right to withhold winnings and void wagers if a player manipulates the games in a fraudulent manner or the software itself malfunctions.

8. A Player who is unable to present any of the following requests for encashment forfeits all winnings:

- Phone (including SIM card) of winning account

- Official ID preferably with picture (Driver’s License, Passport, Company ID, Postal ID, TIN, PRC, Voter’s ID, Senior Citizen Card, SSS)

- For winnings above Php10,000 you must provide your BIR TIN number.

9. For bet transactions within the Philippines, winnings above P10,000.00 shall be subjected to 20% government tax. All prize winners will be contacted through cellphone SMS and phone call. If the winner does not reply to these messages or claim winnings within 60 days, all winnings shall be forfeited.

10. Should any term or condition in this Agreement be rendered void, illegal, or unenforceable in any respect under any law, the validity, legality, and enforceability of the remaining terms and conditions shall not be affected or impaired thereby.

11. PAGCOR may at any time for whatever reason it may deem proper, amend, revise or modify these Terms and Conditions. Any and all such amendments shall bind the Account holder upon notice thereof to comply by any means.

12. The players agree that the Operators are the owners of all rights to technology, software and business systems utilized in this gaming and that their participation confers no rights whatsoever to intellectual property contained or utilized therein.
